Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot gas appliances and white goods to provide timely, effective repairs. Perform routine maintenance and conduct safety inspections on various appliances. Document service calls, repairs, and parts used for quality control and records. Advise customers on proper appliance care to extend lifespan. Stay current with industry advancements and repair techniques through ongoing training. Collaborate with team members to optimize repair workflows and service quality. Ensure all repair activities comply with safety standards and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Diploma in Appliance Repair or related field. Strong troubleshooting skills specifically for gas appliances and white goods. Experience repairing and maintaining household appliances is highly preferred. Proficient with diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Certification in gas safety is a significant advantage. Minimum 2 years of relevant appliance repair experience preferred.
