Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to students’ individual needs.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive and encouraging feedback.
• Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans and assessments, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment that fosters student participation.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and language immersion events to enrich student experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Familiarity with classroom technology and teaching software is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred, but passionate candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
