Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Engage clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using relevant software. Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships to boost sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals and strategies. Prepare daily reports on call activities and outcomes. Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, successes, and improvement strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement. Strong sales skills to promote and persuade customers. Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and requires collaboration with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified client engagement approach. Compensation: ₹18,000 per month. This position is not eligible for remote work.
