Telecaller, Counselor & Receptionist in Mohali, Punjab

Canvision Overseas is hiring a full-time Telecaller, Counselor, and Receptionist in Mohali, Punjab, India. This on-site role combines client outreach, counseling support, customer service, and front desk responsibilities. You will help clients understand the company's services, provide a welcoming reception experience, and support business growth through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain relevant services and programs.
• Understand client needs and guide clients through the counseling process.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide helpful customer service.
• Welcome clients and visitors, manage the reception area, and create a professional first impression.
• Record client interactions accurately and keep system information up to date.
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities and support sales conversion.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to strengthen counseling and customer service skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in counseling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of related experience is desirable.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfort using common software and technology tools.

Work Environment and Compensation

• Job type: Full-time, on-site
• Location: Mohali, Punjab, India
• Pay: 20000 per month
• Reports to: Office Manager
