Telecaller Job in Hyderabad, Telangana - Full-Time Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and promote our services.
• Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company software.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives and previous customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify improvement areas for customer engagement practices.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to services based on insights gathered.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a telecalling role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
