Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate leads. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product and service information. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using company CRM software. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and previous contacts. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies. Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest service improvements. Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in telecalling or telemarketing. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
