Telecaller in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

We are hiring a full-time Telecaller in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this customer support and sales role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, promote services, answer questions, and help improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, generate leads, and explain services.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product and service information.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in company software.
• Follow up on marketing leads and previous customer interactions.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
• Review customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Work toward monthly call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion targets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience; telecalling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Pay and Work Environment
