• Communicate product knowledge clearly and upsell services to maximize customer value.
• Maintain accurate client information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve service quality.
• Adapt quickly to customer needs and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve strategies.
• Provide feedback to enhance customer service and training programs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
