Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide helpful solutions.
- Explain products and services clearly and identify opportunities to upsell.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Work with teammates to meet sales goals and improve service delivery.
