Confidential is seeking 2 detail-oriented temporary Inside Sales Team Associates through the end of December. The role supports data entry and verification, data validation, order review, system testing, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify purchase orders, quantities, specifications, and order details.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution.
• Perform data audits and support data quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with system testing, validation, and documentation of AI tools and processes.
• Support reporting, data cleanup, and administrative projects.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Previous data entry, administrative, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; organized and analytical; able to work accurately with detailed information; strong communication and teamwork skills.
