Techgene Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role supports key administrative functions and contributes to the smooth operation of our organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial documentation with accuracy and completeness. Perform precise data entry into databases and spreadsheets. Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval. Coordinate and schedule meetings by communicating effectively with team members. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and responding to emails. Support project involvement by offering insights based on data analysis. Ensure high accuracy in documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in financial documentation and data entry with strong analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and common office software tools. Preferred: 1-2 years experience in an administrative support role. Familiarity with data management systems is a plus.
