Compensation: Base salary (W-2) + commission (Approx. $145,000 - $190,000 OTE)
About The Job:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Representative based in Southern New Jersey. We are growing and seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers at pre-set appointments to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and guide customers through repair or replacement options that protect their investment and improve long-term performance.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, conducting inspections with drones, educating clients on materials and processes, and helping them make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site roof assessments during set appointments for residential and commercial clientsRecommend roofing repair, replacement, and maintenance solutionsBuild and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, builders, remodelers, and architectsEducate customers on roofing materials, systems, warranties, and best practicesDeliver product presentations and basic training sessionsPrepare estimates, proposals, and pricing recommendationsMonitor competitive activity within the territoryRespond to customer inquiries and complete administrative follow-upsSubmit weekly activity and market reportsRepresent the company at industry events and meetingsFollow all company safety, vehicle, and operational guidelines

Ideal Territory Sales Representative:Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record1+ years of sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, solar, closing, sales, account management, canvassing, or building products strongly valued)Experience working with contractors, roofing, solar, sales, builders, or architects is a major plusStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently, managing a territory, and traveling dailyWillingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs arise
