- 5+ years leading large-scale E2E testing programs
- 5+ years of Facets healthcare system experience
- Healthcare Payer domain: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Provider, Care Management, Prior Authorization & EDI
- SIT, E2E, Regression & UAT testing
- Jira, qTest & Azure DevOps
- Test strategy, defect governance, release readiness & team coordination
