Job description
The position is responsible for leading the organization's global Total Rewards strategy, ensuring competitive compensation practices, effective benefits programs, and accurate payroll operations across multiple countries. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience while supporting the organization's global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation:Manage and administer the company's compensation programs in accordance with established policies.Ensure the consistent application of compensation guidelines across the organization.Conduct market benchmarking and salary analyses to support compensation decisions.Manage annual salary review, promotion, and incentive processes.Monitor internal pay equity and external market competitiveness.Provide compensation guidance and support to HR and business leaders.Recommend enhancements to compensation practices based on market trends and business needs.
Benefits:Oversee global benefits programs and vendor relationships.Evaluate benefits competitiveness and cost effectiveness.Support the design and implementation of new benefits initiatives.Ensure compliance with local regulations across multiple countries.
Payroll:Lead payroll governance across multiple countries.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Maintain compliance with local labor and tax regulations.Drive payroll process improvements and standardization.
Leadership:Lead and develop the Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll team.Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders globally.Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational growth.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.More than 5 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll within multinational organizations.Proven experience managing global or regional Total Rewards programs.Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll governance.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of managing different workforce engagement models, including employees, independent contractors.Advanced English (required).Advanced Spanish (required).Portuguese (diferencial)Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
