TPM Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced TPM Solution Architect for a fully remote freelance contractual project supporting end-to-end Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution design and enterprise integrations.

EXPERIENCE: 7+ years
WORK MODEL: Remote
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Freelance / Contractual
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
WORKING HOURS: 8 hours/day
TIME ZONE: EU Time Zone

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Strong understanding of TPM process flows and data models
Experience with 1–2 end-to-end TPM implementations
Strong knowledge of integration patterns between TPM and enterprise systems
Ability to design scalable, resilient, and industry-standard integration solutions
Experience participating in TPM solution design discussions
Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into end-to-end TPM solutions
Hands-on integration experience with:
• SAP S/4HANA – SD & FICO
• Demand Planning systems
• Snowflake
Ability to provide technical guidance to development teams during the build phase
Experience conducting technical reviews, design reviews, and build sign-offs
Strong collaboration with Enterprise Architecture teams across Integration, Snowflake, and Cybersecurity

NICE TO HAVE
12–15 years of software development / solution architecture experience involving TPM tools
Exposure to SAP TPM, CAS, Promax, or Visualfabriq
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory
Experience with SAP CPI
