Track and Trace Weekdays Off

The Track & Trace Agent's primary responsibility is to track a load through different systems,via email and phone, keep all shipment status updated with the arrival, departure times, andlocation updates and follow up with the loads.
Responsibilities are as follows and are not limited to:
• Track loads from pick up – in transit – delivered status.• Responsible for always acknowledging any notification from partners and registering allload information received from the carrier or driver in the system.• Must confirm pick up and deliveries.• Reach out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and if the load is ready.• Continuous positioning of the loads update is required.• Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.• Forward border/customs documents related to the load to the proper department.• Comprehension of logistics documents i.e., POD, BOL.• Response to inbound calls to dispatch and trip monitors.• Responsible for phone and email communication with contracted carriers and companydrivers to ensure track and trace of customer shipments
Requirements:
• B2 High English Level• Schedule Flexibility• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience and/or Logistics.
