Job description
Tasks
- Conduct training sessions for Live Hosts on product presentation, live-selling techniques, and audience engagement.
- Coach trainees on communication skills, on-camera presence, and customer interaction.
- Conduct mock live sessions and evaluate trainee performance and readiness.
- Monitor Live Host performance and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Prepare training materials, track trainee progress, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in training, coaching, sales, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Experience as a Live Host or Live Selling Trainer is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, and live-commerce strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
