Geraci LLP offers comprehensive legal support throughout the lending lifecycle, including drafting custom loan documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating risk. We are seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Finance Lawyer with at least five years of practice to join Geraci LLP in Irvine, California. This hybrid role requires handling complex transactional matters, advising on financing structures, and supporting private lending initiatives with a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Transactional Work Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security instruments, purchase and sale agreements, and related contracts. Structure and close real estate finance transactions ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate assets, financing arrangements, and borrower entities. Advisory & Compliance Provide expert legal guidance on real estate financing structures and private lending matters. Advise clients on regulatory requirements, risk management strategies, and evolving legal developments. Monitor and assess the impact of new laws and regulations on current and future transactions. Client & Stakeholder Management Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, lenders, and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction execution. Maintain strong client relationships through strategic, consistent, and tailored legal advice. Qualifications: Minimum of five years’ experience in transactional real estate finance law. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, real estate finance transactions, and regulatory compliance. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Compensation: $160,000 per year Location: Irvine, California (Hybrid role, on-site presence required)
