Transfer Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead the OE Industrial Transfer Program from planning through execution.
• Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project transfer schedules.
• Participate in transfer factory governance meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Establish, monitor, and control project budgets and cost performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Collins (sending site) and receiving sites.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and other stakeholders to achieve transfer milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for transfer processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing transfer processes.
• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Expertise in budget management and cost control.
• Understanding of supply chain, production, and industrialization processes.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
