Transfer Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead and manage the OE Industrial Transfer Program from planning through execution.
• Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project schedules and transfer milestones.
• Participate in factory governance meetings and provide regular program status updates.
• Manage transfer budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Collins (sending site) and Safran receiving sites.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in industrial transfer processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing transfer processes.
• Expertise in project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience in budget management, cost control, and program governance.
• Understanding of supply chain, production, and industrialization processes.
• Strong risk management and mitigation planning skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
