About the Opportunity

Join a fast-growing AI enterprise startup transforming operations for large retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) organizations. As the company’s first U.S.-based Transformation Strategist and a founding team member, you will own the customer transformation journey—from developing the business case for operational change to embedding AI-driven process improvements across the enterprise.

This is an end-to-end business transformation role, not a presentation-only strategy position. You will engage with C-suite and board-level leaders, connect AI platform capabilities to measurable income statement impact, and help turn pilots into organization-wide rollouts supported by demonstrated return on investment.

What You’ll Do

• Own customer transformation roadmaps and drive measurable business outcomes for retail and CPG enterprise clients.
• Work with C-level executives and boards to connect AI platform capabilities to direct income statement impact.
• Assemble and manage Forward Deployed Engineer teams for customer engagements.
• Build business cases, lead steering committees, and present executive proof packs to C-suite and board stakeholders.
• Help customers move AI and operational improvement initiatives from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Ensure process changes are implemented and sustained within complex enterprise organizations.
