Transport Coordinator

Requirements:
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in employee transportation coordination, preferably managing a fleet of 40-50 vehicles.
- Experience in coordinating employee transportation from accommodation/camps to work sites and back.
- Experience in fleet scheduling, driver coordination, route planning, and daily transportation operations.
- Do not consider candidates whose experience is primarily in warehouse operations, courier/delivery services, or material handling.
- Preferably will be given to candidates with experience managing large-scale workforce transportation operations. Good computer skills and ability to prepare and send reports.
- Handle transportation-related issues and resolve operational problems promptly.
- Maintain records of vehicle assignments, fuel consumption, maintenance, and related expenses.
