About the role
Safwan Shaikh is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join a growing company. The role focuses on coordinating employee transportation between accommodation or camps and work sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee transportation from accommodation or camps to work sites and back.
- Manage fleet scheduling, driver coordination, route planning, and daily transportation operations.
- Handle transportation-related issues and resolve operational problems promptly.
- Maintain records of vehicle assignments, fuel consumption, maintenance, and related expenses.
- Prepare and send reports.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in employee transportation coordination, preferably managing a fleet of 40-50 vehicles.
- Experience coordinating transportation from accommodation or camps to work sites and back.
- Experience in fleet scheduling, driver coordination, route planning, and daily transportation operations.
- Good computer skills and ability to prepare and send reports.
- Experience managing large-scale workforce transportation operations is preferred.
- Experience primarily in warehouse operations, courier or delivery services, or material handling is not considered.
