Job description
Aldo is seeking a part-time Travel Concierge in New York City, New York to help clients plan and manage travel arrangements. You’ll provide attentive customer service, coordinate bookings, and help ensure each itinerary reflects clients’ needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for clients.
- Share information about destinations, local attractions, and travel restrictions.
- Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date travel itineraries.
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel requirements.
- Use travel booking systems to make reservations and respond to requests.
- Resolve travel issues and manage changes promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements for follow-up.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and colleagues to support a seamless travel experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple arrangements at once.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems.
Work Environment
Work with a customer service and travel-booking team, collaborating with colleagues and travel service providers. Reporting relationships may vary. This is a non-remote, part-time position based in New York City.
