Key Responsibilities Drive and operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods to designated locations. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Keep accurate records of inspections, mileage, and delivery details. Follow all traffic laws and transportation regulations to promote safe and efficient operations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members about routes, delays, or issues. Assist with loading and unloading cargo to guarantee timely and secure deliveries. Complete all required paperwork and reports promptly for delivery tracking and vehicle maintenance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving and operating large trucks preferred. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle physical tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. At Imperial Logistics, drivers report to the Logistics Manager and collaborate closely with dispatch teams.
