Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and experience in driving trucks, with a strong focus on safety and customer service. Responsibilities: - Drive trucks safely and efficiently to deliver goods to customers, adhering to company policies and regulations - Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling, and verifying accuracy of shipments - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good condition, reporting any issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, cargo, and fuel consumption - Communicate with dispatch team and customers as needed, providing updates and resolving issues - Plan and execute routes efficiently, managing time effectively - Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, including hours of service Requirements: - Valid truck driving license with endorsements (e.g., Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples) - 2+ years of experience as a truck driver, with a clean driving record - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions - Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL training preferred Skills: - Defensive driving techniques - Vehicle inspection and maintenance - Navigation and route planning - Time management and organization - Communication and customer service - Record-keeping and reporting - Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and equipment
