We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Key Responsibilities Operate company trucks according to road safety regulations and maintain an excellent driving record. Execute daily transport assignments efficiently, ensuring the delivery schedule is met. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues. Ensure cargo is loaded and unloaded securely to avoid damage. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and route adjustments. Maintain accurate records of driving hours, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during drives. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest driving regulations and safety procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Code 10 and 14 driver’s license is mandatory. Proven experience as a truck driver (minimum 3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and driving rules. Ability to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A clean driving record is highly desirable.
