Key Responsibilities Safely operate Code 10 and Code 14 trucks, complying with all traffic laws and safety standards. Plan and navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps to meet delivery deadlines. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo securely to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery details. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members about schedules and delays. Engage in ongoing training to improve driving skills and safety practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s license. Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent. At least 2 years of proven truck driving experience with a clean driving record preferred. Strong navigation, driving, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards in logistics.
