Requirements
- Prior hands-on tuna loining required
- Tuna loining and band-saw operation in seafood production. Precision cuts, yield, quality, product handling, food safety and sanitation.
- Reliable and physically able to perform production work.
- Preferred: Fast-paced seafood processing experience.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
