Functional UAT Lead – ERP Financial Systems | Mineola, NY

Emmanuel KL is hiring a full-time Functional UAT Lead in Mineola, New York. This on-site role leads user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP financial systems and helps ensure each solution meets business requirements before launch. The annual salary is $120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UAT for ERP financial systems.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Facilitate testing sessions with end users, collect feedback, and validate results.
• Use defect tracking tools such as Jira to document, prioritize, and manage issues.
• Partner with project teams to define user scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Report testing progress, results, and open defects to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members in UAT processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in user acceptance testing practices.
• Experience with ERP financial systems.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
• Three to five years of relevant UAT or quality assurance experience.

Team and Collaboration

Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll work with business analysts, project managers, end users, software development teams, and other stakeholders. Cross-functional collaboration will help align testing with business goals and user needs.
