Job description
Emmanuel KL is seeking a dedicated Functional UAT Lead to oversee the User Acceptance Testing process for ERP financial systems in Mineola, New York. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year and is essential to ensuring financial systems meet user requirements before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing for ERP financial systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Facilitate testing sessions with end-users; gather feedback and validate results.
- Utilize defect tracking tools such as Jira to document and manage issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to define user scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Provide regular updates and reports on testing status, results, and outstanding defects.
- Train and mentor team members on UAT processes and best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) practices.
- Experience with ERP financial systems.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in UAT or quality assurance.
