Requirements
- PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) and healthcare domain experience
- 8+ years in Front-End Architecture, UI Design & Development
- Expertise in UI Architecture and Design Systems
- Experience in Interaction Design, UX, and Process Redesign
- Strong workflow architecture across member, client, and internal user journeys
- Experience establishing front-end standards and consistent design patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and enterprise platform transformation
