Job description
Tasks
- Lead RPA solution architecture, feasibility analysis, and end-to-end automation delivery.
- Advise senior management on UiPath capabilities, AI offerings, automation strategy, and insurance processes.
- Manage production bots, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding, design, quality, and performance best practices.
- Prepare and review solution designs, technical documentation, and SDLC deliverables.
- Support project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
Requirements
- 10+ years overall
- 8+ years UiPath experience
- 5+ years Solution Architect experience
- 3+ years Technical Lead experience
- ANY GC, USC, GCEAD, H4EAD, L2EAD
- Strong P&C Insurance, Insurance Or Financial/Banking.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework, Insights, Document Understanding, and UiPath AI offerings.
- Automation across SAP, Salesforce, legacy thick-client applications, Outlook, Excel/macros, PDFs, databases, OCR, Computer Vision, web applications, and APIs.
- .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core, VB.NET, and C#.
- SOA, SOAP/REST services, and API integrations.
- SQL Server 2019+, TFS, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong P&C Insurance business process analysis and automation experience.
