Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications to improve user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills and outputs.
• Participate in design review sessions, offering constructive feedback to peers.
• Implement design improvements based on user feedback and analytics to optimize product usability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
