UKG System Analyst/Global System Administrator

Tasks

• Lead system analysis, configuration, design, and testing for UKG Pro WFM and TeleStaff.
• Administer scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems.
• Manage UKG integrations, including Person, Payroll, Accruals, and daily TeleStaff–Pro WFM synchronization.
• Handle global system administration, user permissions, business structures, schedule templates, and SSO.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with UKG Global Support.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams on requirements, union rules, policy changes, and system enhancements.
• Support UAT, release management, documentation, and production deployments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting UKG Pro WFM and TeleStaff.
• Strong UKG Pro WFM system administration experience in scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processing.
• Experience administering and analyzing UKG TeleStaff scheduling systems.
• Experience supporting complex, union-based organizations such as airports, municipalities, or city government.
• Excellent communication, documentation, system analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Experience as an E1 JDE Business/System Analyst.
• Visa: USC, GC, H1T
