Job description
Affmine is hiring a full-time Up Level Rewards Specialist in Newark, Delaware. In this on-site role, you will help improve employee rewards and recognition programs, support employee engagement, and work with teams across the organization in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review current rewards programs and identify opportunities to improve their effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and launch engaging rewards initiatives.
- Respond to employee questions and feedback about rewards programs.
- Manage rewards and recognition projects, tracking timelines and budgets.
- Analyze program results and report on their impact on employee performance.
- Create internal communications that promote rewards programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for reward initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in employee rewards, human resources, or project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with rewards and recognition best practices preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple projects at once.
