Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience. IT background is mandatory (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field). Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical terminology. Must have basic knowledge of Upwork bidding, including searching for relevant jobs, submitting proposals, and communicating professionally with clients. Ability to understand client requirements and write customized, compelling proposals. Self-motivated, quick learner, and eager to grow. Remote Position (Work from Home). US-Based Company. Working hours will be according to the United States time zone, so candidates must be comfortable working US shifts.
