Role Description The Uruguay Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on developing and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in Uruguay. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing initiatives, building relationships with individual and corporate clients, and coordinating the delivery of online language and skills training using Lingua Learn’s systems and materials. The partner will manage local operations, including lead generation, sales follow-up, and customer support, while collaborating with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, training, marketing, and academic quality. This role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing pricing and promotional strategies for Uruguay, and ensuring high service standards that align with Lingua Learn’s brand.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, partners, and learners across online and offline channels.Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities in Uruguay.Training experience and the ability to coordinate or oversee learning programs and staff development activities.Business development and sales skills, with proven ability to grow a customer base and build long-term client relationships.Experience in education, language training, or e-learning operations is highly beneficial.Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Fluency in Spanish and good proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Background in entrepreneurship, franchise management, or running a small business is a plus.
