Tasks

• Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs
• Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends

Requirements

• 0 to 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, preferably recruiting Nursing, Allied professionals.
• Good understanding of US Healthcare recruitment, licensing, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, ATS/CRM platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience in license and certification verification.
• Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and stipends
