US IT Recruiter

About the role

Thetalentmappers is seeking a US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles.
• Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial technical and communication assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong US candidate pipeline.
• Manage multiple open positions and maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for AI and technology startup companies, with a strong understanding of the US IT recruitment market.
• Excellent sourcing, candidate screening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfort communicating directly with US-based candidates and native American English speakers.
• Ability to understand requirements and communicate technical roles clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment, with strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Preferred experience in AI/ML and emerging technology, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering/Data Science, startup or high-growth technology company recruitment, and working directly with US hiring managers and candidates.
