US IT Recruiter

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions. Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles. Experience hiring for AI, Machine Learning, Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, and other emerging technology roles is highly preferred. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates. Conduct effective candidate screening and initial technical/communication assessments. Build and maintain a strong US candidate pipeline. Manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced startup environment. Maintain excellent candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process. 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Proven experience hiring for AI/technology startup companies. Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment market. Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – mandatory. Must be highly comfortable communicating directly with US-based candidates and native American English speakers. Strong ability to understand requirements and communicate technical roles clearly. Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment. Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills. Preferred Experience: AI/ML and emerging technology hiring, Software Engineering recruitment, Cloud/DevOps hiring, Data Engineering/Data Science recruitment, Startup or high-growth technology company recruitment, Experience working directly with US hiring managers and candidates.
