Since 2008, we've focused on one industry: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role.

Tasks

• End-to-end US IT and Functional IT hiring for full-time and contract roles
• Self-sourcing across LinkedIn, Dice, GitHub, X, and job portals
• Candidate pipelines and talent maps built ahead of demand
• An employee referral engine that turns referrals into hires
• Offer negotiations and the Soho story, told well to every candidate
• Stakeholder updates and escalations, backed by data
• A smooth onboarding experience for every hire
• Clean, current records in the ATS

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of US IT / Functional IT recruitment
• Bulk hiring experience for US requirements
• Strong self-sourcing and pipeline-building skills
• Hands-on ATS experience
• Sharp negotiation and stakeholder management
• A track record of quality hires
• Confident communication on email and phone, with good listening to match
• The drive to go the extra mile to close a position
• Preferred: Dice sourcing expertise
• Preferred: W2 and C2C hiring know-how
• Preferred: BFSI recruiting experience

Schedule

• 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Permanent position
• Fully remote
