About the role
Imspeople is hiring 60 US Recruiters for Healthcare, IT, and BPO.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers or account managers.
- Manage candidate communication.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Any related Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 9 months to 1 year minimum experience of US Recruitment.
- Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) experience.
