• 2–3 years of experience in US recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for US Technical, Non-Technical, and Professional positions.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an RPO, BPO, staffing agency, or outsourcing environment is an advantage.
