User Experience Designer (HCI & Interaction Design)

About the role

create intuitive experiences for complex construction project data.

Requirements

• 5+ years
• UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and interaction design
• User research, contextual inquiry, and usability-focused design
• Advanced Figma, interactive prototyping, and component libraries
• Design systems, data visualization, and responsive desktop/tablet interfaces
• AI tools for research synthesis, concept development, and rapid prototyping
• Strong visual design, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A portfolio demonstrating research-driven design and complex, data-rich applications
• Nice to have: HTML, CSS, React, 3D interfaces, BIM applications, digital twins, and conversational or multimodal AI experiences.

Schedule

• Hybrid, 3 days remote
• T4 contract

Pay

• CAD 55–60/hour
