Job Summary:Design, define, and manage the taxonomy, language, and conversational experience of digital products and AI agents to deliver intuitive, consistent, and user-centered experiences aligned with business goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:• Create content for digital interfaces and AI-powered conversational experiences.• Define and manage business taxonomy for digital products and AI agents.• Design and optimize tone of voice, personality, and communication guidelines for AI agents.• Analyze conversations, recordings, and user interactions to improve conversational experiences.• Create and maintain style guides, voice & tone documentation, and content standards.•Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, Development, AI, and Business teams.• Align information architecture and taxonomy across digital channels.• Improve conversational flows and user journeys.• Adapt content for web, mobile, and digital platforms while ensuring accessibility and consistency.
