Job description
Tasks
- Plan, execute, and track data collection activities and user studies.
- Monitor project progress, blockers, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Create and maintain documentation for hardware/software setup and study protocols.
- Support equipment setup, inventory tracking, and vendor training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, lab/R&D operations, data operations, test/quality engineering, technical support, or technical program management.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
