Tasks

• Provide technical support and handle help desk requests from users.
• Troubleshoot hardware such as computers, laptops, POS systems, scanners, and printers.
• Help users set up and troubleshoot operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Fix related software problems and other company software tools.
• Solve network issues related to local networks (LAN), VPNs, and firewalls.
• Program, set-up and wire POS terminals, cash drawers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, payment readers, weighing machine and checkout kiosks.
• Resolve software errors, database sync bugs, and display issues.
• Install software updates, firmware upgrades, and security patches on registers and servers.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Permanent

Pay

• 25-35 per hour
