🔹Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications
🔹Ability to define and lead UX projects and design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholder, business users
🔹Managing end-to-end user research from recruiting to synthesis
🔹Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
🔹Experience with Figma, Canvas and similar tools
🔹Ability to work with Ontario Design system
🔹Knowledge of digital service standard
