Job description
About the role
Support digital products, enterprise applications, and emerging AI-driven experiences.
Tasks
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research
- Lead user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept testing
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights
- Develop journey maps, personas, and experience improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Research AI-enabled experiences, conversational interfaces, and virtual assistants
- Present findings to stakeholders to influence product strategy and design decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Customer Research
- Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Expertise in usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Experience with digital products, enterprise applications, or SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Figma, Miro, or Google Analytics
- Preferred: Experience with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, B2B/SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology.
