Vantage (Airtable) Platform Developer

About the role

Vantage is centralized operational management system, built on Airtable.

It supports program planning, delivery tracking, metrics management, resource visibility, financial oversight, and executive reporting.

Tasks

• Design, build, and iterate Airtable solutions (data models, views, interfaces, automations).
• Deliver on a prioritized list of platform capability gaps.
• Conduct demo sessions with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate.
• Maintain high build quality (linked record integrity, formula accuracy, automation reliability).
• Document every feature: purpose, functionality, and maintenance requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for daily user support (how-to questions, view issues).
• Manage user access and permission levels.
• Triage and resolve broken automations, sync failures, or view errors.
• Develop and evangelize short reference guides and screen recordings for common tasks.
• Deliver ad-hoc one-to-one and small group training.
• Support structured onboarding for new user groups.
