Job description
JAZIZ SAC is hiring a full-time Clothing Sales Associate in Cercado de Lima, Lima Province, Peru. The company imports jackets for women and men and is seeking a customer-focused team member to support in-store sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and recommend products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the sales process from greeting customers through checkout, providing a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and keep merchandise organized in the store.
- Promote special offers and promotions to attract customers and increase sales.
- Work with the team to meet monthly sales goals.
- Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to build sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
