Hiring: Vendor Manager III – Third-Party Risk & Governance
Location: Toronto, ON
Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Contract: 9 months | Extension possible
Pay Range: $46–52/hr INC or $37–43/hr T4
Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management and Third-Party Management Lifecycle (TPML)
• Strong experience in third-party risk management, governance, and policy compliance
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, business stakeholders, and third-party risk teams
• Experience managing risk assessments, risk acceptances, policy exceptions, and remediation tracking
• Strong understanding of vendor risk, regulatory compliance, and governance processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability
• Banking / Financial Services experience highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in downtown Toronto, near Union Station
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Coupa or Ariba
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or AI tools
• PMP certification
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Background in technology and professional services vendor management
