Job description
Tasks
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and dashboards to identify emerging trends across assigned #GMP/GDP areas.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Support processes and procedures for vendor risk reporting, monitoring, and mitigation.
- Lead and participate in process, tool, and system improvement initiatives as a vendor quality subject matter expert (#SME).
Requirements
- Typically 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to #GMP and #GDP.
- Demonstrated experience with vendor performance indicators, quality metrics, and dashboards.
- Expertise in risk assessment and risk mitigation for third parties and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate vendor risks and quality trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, allied health, or related field, or an equivalent qualification.
