📍 Location: Mexico City, Mexico⏰ Immediate Start RequiredWe are looking for a proactive and motivated Conference Venue Finder to join our team in Mexico City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, visiting venues, negotiating with suppliers, and delivering exceptional conference solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify suitable conference, meeting, and event venues.Contact hotels, conference centres, and event venues by telephone to discuss availability, pricing, facilities, and services.Visit potential conference venues throughout Mexico City to assess their suitability and facilities.Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers and sales teams.Negotiate competitive rates and secure the best venue options for clients.Prepare venue recommendations based on client requirements and budgets.Maintain accurate records of venue enquiries, site visits, quotations, and bookings.Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.Spanish language skills are an advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Confident speaking with venues by telephone and in person.Willingness to travel within Mexico City for venue visits.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, or venue sourcing is desirable but not essential.
