Job description
About the role
A $100M+ Texas substation operation with a utility infrastructure contractor.
Tasks
- Full P&L ownership, from revenue and margin to forecasting and cash flow.
- Lead estimating, project selection, backlog development, and delivery.
- Build customer relationships with major utilities, municipalities, and EPCs.
- Grow the Texas footprint through new offices, additional crews, and senior hires.
Requirements
- Run a substation business at VP, Division President, or General Manager level.
- Open to US Citizens and Green Card holders only.
Pay
- USD $200,000 to $250,000 base
